My experience with Mitrais has exceeded any wishful expectations I had at the start. They proved themselves over and over by facing every technological and project management challenge smoothly and professionally. What was originally going to be a 30 day project, turned into an 8 months project. I was so impressed with the developer resourced to me and the overall project and account management that I decided it would be best to invest the appropriate funds into the full blown web based application. Rather than just the proof of concept and initial stage development. I have had Andrew Candraditya Defeng as a full time senior analyst programmer for 8 months on my project and could not sing his praises any higher. He has always been consistently courteous, professional enthusiastic and open to new approaches and ideas. His estimates are spot on and his time management, systematic approach and attention to detail is very impressive. You are able to workshop ideas and approaches with him and he is not afraid to ask questions if he has any doubt over the task at hand. We've got a partnership arrangement with Mitrais in Bali. Mincom has used them for years. We like it because it's not too far away and a nice place to go. They have very talented people and it's not a hot-spot yet, like India has become a hot-spot.

We started using Mitrais as an experiment to see how we could extend our team with experienced developers and reduce the recruitment effort. We began with one Analyst Programmer based in Bali working as a part of our team. He used our tools and participated in our Scrums. We have found that the Mitrais resource has had excellent skills and has been willing to adjust and work with our Idiosyncrasies. Overall the experiment has been a success for Osmotion and we have recently added another Analyst Programmer. We will continue to work with Mitrais and we are currently discussing how we can grow the team further.

We wanted our development to be managed by a professional company rather than an individual. The relationship with Mitrais will ensure that ongoing development and support will be totally transparent for our organization and our clients.

I have found with Fachri and Vera to be productive and stress less. One is always a bit hesitant to take on a programming organisation that I have not “eyeballed” or had a personal relationship with, but I was referred to Mitrais from a web designer in Ballarat, Australia and have been extremely pleased with their customer service. Like any new web based business, we are always refining and changing the code, the look and finding easier ways of doing business. This must be frustrating for any programmer but Mitrais has been extremely patient and willing to do the changes with a no fuss attitude. Even though we have been using Mitrais for about 6 months, I would highly recommend them as a good quality, responsive organisation that understands our needs, even though we have never met! We have recently contracted Mitrais to provide resource based application development services for our business. Locally we have found it very difficult to employ skilled and productive resources for development work. The team that Mitrais has provided has been of very high quality, in their development skill, speed of delivering functional code, ability to learn existing application coding and in their interpretation of system end user requirements. As an SME, the concept or nearshoring was a little scary at first, but I am delighted to advise you that (our Mitrais developer) has already proven his high quality programming and analysis skills for us, as well as demonstrating a strong work ethic. Despite coming from a zero knowledge background about our solution, within a few weeks he skilfully has coded (and passed tests and rework tests) so that a chunk of his work is now in our next release, and where his work comprises 20% of this release. Additionally I flag that some of his work was in the tricker more complex components of our system and he brilliantly worked out what was required. I am also very impressed that he swiftly learnt our release procedures and was able to successfully release his work onto our platform and ready for live/production release. As an SME this is the perfect and highly economical solution for gaining skilled technical resources.

Recently William has performed exceedingly well on 2 key areas for us. We had to have a new installation (software, tools and database) on a cloud computing platform (NEC) and Will in his 'work through it way' managed skilfully to get it all up and working to everyones delight:-) (This was VIP to us as it hits Australian media next week so we needed to know it was all ready to go go go). Additionally one of our strategic client had a 'special' issues that required Will to rapidly acquire skills in our third party report writer (izenda) and create new tables from ion my for Izenda to produce the reports the client wanted. Will JUST DID IT - to our clients delight and ours:-) What can I say - we're HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY:-)
